Savage,
Here are couple of the interior set-up. It has three rows of shelves with the two rows being "sliders" and the last row stationary at the back wall.
Not much other than work my friend....
And bulking up for all the work ahead out at the lake, taking boat, dock, piers, lift out. Wacking down all the tress on the bank, raking leaves, winterizing the well and pump. Fun stuff like that. Party time is over LOL Just kiddin' I like that kind of work.
A couple hundred pounds I would guess, probably more if you count a full tak of DEF. IDK, but that DPF is a heavy piece of equipment. The EGR cooler is not all that light either. Not really significant when you consider the weight of the truck tho......
Darren,
Yea I have just been thinking about the winterizing on the cabin too, as we will probably not get back there until thanksgiving after this weekend. Gotta bring the golf clubs and bicycles back....
And yea I am sooo ready for fishing @ powell....haven't been there since november last year.
We normally do 5-6 trips a year....but with the cabin it has now been moved down the priority list.
I was hoping the wife would tire of the cabin but that hasn't happened
Well, we're halfway through our trip. So far we've driven from Virginia Beach down to the Florida panhandle- about 850 miles in 14 hours. We drove from my mom's house in Cottondale, FL to Panama City and back, up to Dothan , AL and back and now we're getting ready to drive up to Knoxville, TN in the morning. So far we're getting about 18mpg or so. The computer is telling me 18.8, but my math is telling me 17.9-ish (filling the tank and dividing the gallons by the number of miles). Another 1400 miles in the next 5 days to go.
