The only thing I had left over was a black plastic retainer of some sort, shure glad my kit came with new screws, dropped on and never saw it again. One problem I ran into was the fuel fitting nut was stuck and would not budge, getting a back up wrench om the fitting was tough even with the screw above it out. I finally put a few drops of MMO on the nut and shot my hear gun at it till I saw a whiff of smoke and it popped loose.
Anyone crimp their fuel line? I did and need to find the part number! I'll try the Heat gun trickhopefully this breaks it loose! DANG it is on tight I got everything replace. but nervous on that crimped up line. HELP!
Dbergeson,
Did you read that link I posted in your other
post? There is one info on some fixes that I
listed. If you can get a flair nut wrench and a
thin wrench you should be able to get it loose.
That line will have to be replaced or you will
be buying more injectors. Don't want that.
Yeah just read it... I am so paranoid about it right now, I just started posting. I opened the link to this one and thought I was on one of the powerstroke forums.
Thanks for the HELP! I'll be at Tousley in the AM.
