I have been searching to no avail.
My 2003 seems to be slow to start even when warm.
I have a fairly new GPR and the voltage drops to 11.5 or so when I turn the key on.
( plug in Voltmeter)
It is not a long time to start, but like maybe 6 to 8 seconds. It seems it should be less.
Any ideas appreciated.
I'd start by ohming out the GP's to make sure they are, in fact, good. Also, the LPOP could be getting weak. Have you checked the HPOP (by pulling the allen head plug at the top) and check the oil level before starting? It should be less than an inch from the top.
