Can't start in cold without plugging in
So first guess was glow plugs.. they all looked brand new so I put them all back together and am hoping someone has an idea where to look next to solve the issue. Starts fine when I plug it in and was starting fine till it got colder. It isn't horribly cold where I live either, Las Vegas NV, bout 30-50 varies a lot here.

Did you check your Glow plug relay? Those die with great regularity?

Describe how your truck turns over. Starter winging over or very slow? Have you charged up your batts and had them load tested? You may get a reading of 12volts when you first try to start your truck. When you turn your key on, the GPs will drop the voltage to 11v. The truck has to have at least 10.5v to start. If it is below this then you are not going to start.
