All-metal radiator
Does anyone have a source on-line where I can get an all-metal replacement radiator for my '96 Bronco? I was able to source an all-metal replacement for my '97 Wrangler which also had plastic tanks, but no luck with the Bronc.

Your core support may not accept the metal radiator - look for a pair of slotted holes at each side on the bottom. On '80-83s, there was a rubber cradle that went there to receive the seam of the metal tank, but yours has a metal cradle with a rubber liner higher up on each side. This is certainly a do-able mod, but the aluminum radiators are cheaper to replace & more efficient. If you get one from Advance (or almost any parts store), it has a lifetime warranty, so you'd never really have to worry about leaks again.

Say what you want about warranties and efficiency of those stupid plastic tank radiators, the all-brass four row that cooled the 472 in my '69 Cadi is something I'd KILL for in my Bronco. I rebuilt that 472 and replaced every part imaginable on that Cadi including the water pump about four times. Through all of that, that brass radiator just kept right on chillin' nearly 6 gallons of coolant and never once sprung a leak or dropped in flow rate.
