4x4 electrical problem

4x4 electrical problem
Snowed last night and went to put my 2000 f-350 into 4x4 and nothing. I didn't hear the solenoid engage so I checked for power to there, nothing. I checked all fuses and they are good. I checked for power to the 4x4 selector switch, nothing. I look in the Hanes book for any mention of a relay or fuse and see nothing nor any diagrams related to the 4x4 electrical system. Could someone tell me if there is a relay and/or fuse for this and what number in the fuse panel or which relay it might be.
