Injection pump

Okay so after tracking down my leaks and then removing and reinstalling the fuel lines on the injection pump twice, my leak is still there right on the same bottom fuel line.

It isn't as bad as it was, but that SOB is tight now and still leaking... There is a little bit of play on the line so is the actual mating surface messed up or out of tolerance?

Where can I get a new one?

Thanks, Kyle

go to the junkyard or check with your local diesel injection shop many of them can make new lines.

You can buy new lines from Mid West Fuel Injection now calling themselves "TheDieselStore.Com" ...

Or grab em from a junk yard.

remember when replacing ip lines,to use either a full set of 6.9 or a full set of 7.3l or your timing will be off on the cylinder(s) you replaced the incorrect length line with.

The lines are a different length on 6.9 and 7.3s?

The number 1 line is different (#4 on vans?) because of the timing adapter on the 7.3's.
I too thought the rest were the same though?
