Fuel pump/injectors/computer flash

Just got back from the test drive with a dead cold engine. 90 percent plus of the stumble is now gone and no more smoke at all. It started quicker and smoother than she has in a year plus and instantly idled smoothly with NO stumble. I pulled out of the driveway and road 1st and 2nd gears thru about 2100 rpm with no stumble. This is where she was horrible before....stumbling and bucking and jerking. I did, though, still pick up a hint of stumble at mid rpms before she warmed up. Not sure what is causing this, but they told me the injectors were good and I tested the FICM and it is good. I may do the blue spring upgrade myself in a week or so when I have time to see if that fixes it.

Jimbob - i havent calculated mpg's in years... I just drive it until I need more fuel! Your right about leaving the Glide in the garage today....its NASTY out there!
FICMRepair....$800 for diagnosis, flash, pump, labor....high, but at least I'm running good now!
