questions about E40d transmissions
im in the prosess of buying a 1990 f250 4x4 with a 460 in front of a E40d trans. the torque converter is going out i believe (i will definatly do more diagnostics when i get it to verify) but when i get it im planning on putting a new torque converter in it and rebuilding the trans. does any one suggest a brand of torque converter that i should use. also any tips on rebuilding it would also be aprechiated. also were would be a good place to get a rebuild kit for it
