Yip, did it for a fellow AR Chapter member Saturday. I haven't talked to him since Saturday to see if his GPS agrees with his speedometer. You'll need to know the diameter of your tires in inches (his were 34.7), but the software will allow you to modify the speedometer for what ever tire size your running. I need to do some more reading on how you deal with different rear-end ratios if they've been changed.

Up to 40" though. Which is better then the dealership as theirs maxes out at 37".
Tell me about it! The only windoze machine I have is an old Lenovo netbook and the screen resolution is too small and chops off the bottom of the scanner window. I can't believe they don't use dynamically sized windows! Welcome to 1999! I thought I'd finally found a use for the small and ultra portable Netbook but it looks like I'm still looking...
I can't get the software to recognize the security dongle on my Mac when it's running under parallels or virtualbox...
So I'm currently stuck using the Netbook with half windows unless I break down and take the risk of killing my Macbook's OSX install by trying to dual boot Windows...
Everything else looks great but I really didn't want to beg/borrow/buy a windows laptop... That kinda changes the value proposition... Everyone I know now uses a Mac so I guess I'm off to Craigslist to find an old laptop someone wants to unload for cheap/free.

I'm waiting for the HP laptop that they are supposed to be working with Wacom with. I do a lot of graphic design/embroidery design work and that would be great to have a laptop that will run like my Cintiq does.
This will probably get me a lot of flack, but I can't stand macs. I do prefer my custom built windows design desktop to a mac.

Rear end ratio's don't have any effect on the speedometer. The tone ring is attached to the ring gear. One revolution of the tire is one revolution of the tone ring, regardless of the gear ratio.

true
but
a 32" tire spins faster than a 35" tire will
so if the 32" is spinning faster, the truck speedo will reflect differently than a 35" tire. In my case, that is 3-5 mph slower than it should be.
