Cooper ST Maxx
I got lucky and had problem with 3 of the 4 tires and got them all replaced for free. I couldn't wait for them to order in the cooper maxx, so I ended up with Mastercraft Courser C/T.
They do have a few chips from running heavy on gravel, but look much better after 9 months and 4k miles then many other tires have looked after just one trip. I've had one new set of tires not even make it a mile before the gravel ate the rear two tires.
I really can't think anytime they have not impressed me. Ice,snow, mud and wet pavement are all better than expected. I don't think I've ever ran a tire thats bad on dry pavement. They hum a little but not too bad. The only bad thing I can say is they sound like hitting a puddle whenever you run over the tar seems on the road. They are the only tire I've ever heard make this sound.
I don't put many miles on the truck anymore, just towing and running around when I get where I'm going. I weighed the truck last time out and got a little surprise. 18,900 gross, that I expected. The surprise was that 11040 of it was on the truck. That was loaded light for a day trip with an empty bed and half tank of fuel. A normal trip would have had two more people, gear for four, 3 more spare tires, 500lb gas powered welder/generator, 50 lb Honda generator for running at night, food, beer, water, extra fuel, spare parts and tools. You get the idea, an extra 2k or so mostly in the truck. This has been the load on these for for at least 75% of the miles put on them, and they show no noticeable wear.
On a side note it may be time for a bigger truck.

Oh, I also decided on leaving the wheels polished. Black didn't look right with the tires mounted. This was the first set of AT2's that was replaced.

And why they replaced the AT2's. 7 months and 3k on these all but 1 had these cracks all around the inner bead. Caught it doing brakes.
