Ok so here's my plan I'm going to take off the V10 badges and F250 badges on both sides and spray them all black then come back and fill the letters in with red paint I have 1-shot paint since I used to pinstripe.

So I know I have to use a heat gun to get them off so my question is how do I get them back on?? And since there holes for them to be mounted why the adhesive??

If you can get your hands on some 3M VHB double sided foam tape, that would be the best choice. That stuff is crazy strong.

I'd say the holes are mainly for locating the badges, making sure they're straight and consistent from truck to truck.

Good luck and please post pics after you're done.
