MBRP and Flo Pro are both 304SS while Spartan's is 309. 309SS has a higher temp rating a better environmental resistance. All are Mandrel bent for highest flow. Flo pro is ~$140, MBRP is ~$180 and Spartan is ~$300. I wouldn't worry about the material for the price as this pipe doesn't get very hot. To warrant double the price.

Should I assume that I re-use the mounting hardware from my OE pipe?

Just want to make sure I'm not suppose to be ordering anything additional.

would replacing the factory cac pipe on a stock truck have added benefit? i have the stumble-smoke issue in humid conditions.......

Can't hurt, but the stumble-smoke issue is with the CAC, not the cold side CAC pipe.

You'll reuse the boots & hardware, unless they are in bad shape. Oil passing through the system can deteriate the boots over time.
