I nice POV shot would be sweet...

Or a cutaway of the fine camera crew...

instead of those classic establishing shots.

(can you tell I'm at the airport killing time?)

Y'all crack me up.
Been in a meeting all morning.
I have to be very careful with pics. Especially in a public forum.

Hey now! We don't want him to get fired! I am sure he only does the shots he is told to do. Anything else, and he may end up on the unemployment line.

Do you honestly think we're the type of guys that would ask someone to jeopardize their employment just so we could get a few cheap thrills?

Wait a minute...don't answer that

I could use a little unemployment right now.
The problem with pics is the Academy is really bitchy about leaks getting out. And about peeps taking pics of stars and Academy property like Oscar.
So they have pic gestapo all over the place.
With every cell phone having a camera now they really feel the pressure.
Not to mention how moronic some folks are.

Steve, no of course not! We are all fine upstanding gentlemen and would never ask anyone to risk their careers for a few cheap thrills...Yeah right.

Marc, I am sure the Academy is paranoid about pics, the celebrities are constantly hounded by morons who have to have that all important shot of whoever is popular at the time. Or whoever is spiraling out of control this particular month.

Saw on the news this morning that Kodak could not afford to have their name on the theater any more. So if anyone calls it the Kodak Theater, it will be a screwup.
