I would think (although I could be wrong) that if your engine/fuel system is stock then there is no benefit to going with larger injectors.
Injectors are sized by air intake and fuel delivery. If you have an HP fuel pump and a blower, you need bigger injectors. If you have the stock Motorcraft fuel pump and intake, the "stock" injectors should do fine.

Just my 2 cents.
thanks Jay!! maybe ill just get new ones for the hell of it hahaha
I don't think you'd have a problem with re-manufactured ones, especially considering some of the things they re-manufacture nowadays, but I would stick with the stock sizing.

Recently I had the top of my motor apart. Place on ebay had a sale on rebuilt flow matched injectors for $100 a set outright. I did it just for the he!! of it. Mine were all faded looking and needed o-rings anyway. Replacements looked brand new (not that it matters). Didn't notice any improvement, but no regrets either.
Get a set for free and just set them a side for future use. For sure get the same size that are in there now unless you have upgrade plans down the road. In my 90 mustang I went from 19# to 30# but had have that tuned on the dyno to match the MAF. #30's were over kill for my application but I will be adding some go faster heads and more fuel at that point will help.
