wheelbase question

I would like some of you to look on the door jam and see what the wheel base is on a regular cab long bed f250 and also what it is on a crewcab short bed. If some people can do this for me I would really appreciate the info. Or if someone knows this info off the top of their head let me know.

I have an idea about taking a reg cab long bed truck and putting a crewcab on it. I know that I will have to really modify the length of the bed but I dont know if the rear tire would be too close to the cab.

Midnite, if BlueMule's numbers are correct then that's actually longer than the Crew Cab Short box.

The super cab short bed will have the closest wheel base to the regular cab long bed.

Yeah. I thought that the truck I found was a crew but turns out its an extended cab long bed. That will work better so that I can still have some bed left. One last question. What is the length on an extended cab short bed?

Reg cab short bed is either 116 or 117. I can't remember exactly but I own one.

Told you 116 or 117. It all depends on which way you round the numbers. But my door sticker says 117.

7.3 would either have a C6 or an E4OD, no AOD on larger engines.
