Didn't get a chance to drive it much but I hit 3,200 once.

I have pulled the HPOP rez and the HPOP bolt and washer on a spare engine and tried to make the washer fall, but it wouldn't fit between the bottom of the HPOP gear and the slot below the gear in the cover. So, if the washer does fall, it's not going anywhere, just try not to drop it.

I guess I don't ask enough questions (unlike my wife, LOL). I told the guy I needed at least 3,500psi and left. Thirty minutes later my phone rang and he was done! Put it on and no more leaks, from the hose anyway. Buttttttttt, more problems!! See new post "Multiple HPOP changes, BEWARE!!"

Glenn the ones I had made were 5000psi continuos use and 8000psi burst
