Chip for a Man Trans?

What advantage is a chip on a manual trans? Anyone done it? Thoughts?

no advantage on the trans itself but gives the motor more pop. plus its a code reader. for the same price you could get the accufab tb. but once you get one you have to get the other. its a vicious cycle. but man my truck runs sweet!

Which did you get and what did it cost?
Been toying with it but didn't think there was a benefit.

they sell them here at motorhaven. think they are running a special now on the tuners. go to the computer threads in performance section and you can inquire there. or go to motorhaven. i think at fte home.
