Im cool guys, believe me. I aporeciate the tips and will take and steal a few..lol. But, never had too much troubles with the ladies. Some were little tougher than others, so i go after their friends. However, this one..it is what it is. Thats how this all got broight up back in 2012, with the statement...can take a girl out of the bar but you cant take the bar out of the girl..shouldve let her go then
What does hurt is the grandfather dying in front of you so, im making it the best it can be. Atkeast his minds "there" enough to know whats going on and to talk to, watch a game..erc. Hell, he even said,..you take her back, your cut from the wil...HAHA.

Rider, sorry to hear you experienced it but as well. Yup, its a definite **** on the face, especially when you know you did nothing wrong..

Timmy, I remember when I was 5 years old. I didn’t like girls yet and didn’t have a truck either …life was so simple back then, I wonder what happened?

Older i got, the dumber i realized what they had to offer and cant live without. Some you can forget, others well, the quick memory sets you back for a second.....but, as a buddy said, if not whats between their legs, they'd have a target on there head

Your buddy has been scraping the bottom of the barrel, might I suggest one holds the head a little higher to see better and be seen.

Its why the distorted emoji...a buddy in "most" aspects but for opinions on the outlook on woman, fell short...He had a REALLY good one for years. 1 example is, he's apart of the modified racecar scene, ok. She'd go az far as to drop the cell, and get wet with methanol. Aint that something, pkus had the looks. In the end, he took her for grant it and she flew the coop after 7yrs. Think, he hates life more now and probably still never realized the reason..

Timmyboy76: This does not apply to you. I don't know you, except from your posts which show that you are knowledgeable and care to use your knowledge to help people. You are doing God's work with your Grandfather. You are a good man to do that. That final journey you take with your Grandfather will make you an even better person.

IMHO,

One finds what one is looking for.
Women make the choice to pair, not men.
So, to "get" a good woman, a man needs to be what a good women is looking for.
Or close to it.
As men, how many good women have looked at us and moved on, deciding that we were not a good enough man or were too much work to make better?
As men, how many women have we looked at and moved on because we were so shallow in our "standards" that we did not see the Godliness in her?
As men, we need to decide what our priorities are.
Perfect practice makes perfect performance.
Perfect practice requires a goal.
If we want a good woman to take a chance on us, we need to work hard to be a good man.
It requires constant practice in everything we do...
What are your goals?

As Hawk Nelson says:

"You're gonna see the good if you're good at looking."

I always liked your avatar with you(?) in the doughboy helmet. Bring it back!
Is that picture of you?
If so, it shows your inner uncorrupted good self.
Or if not, it shows that you admire that child's inner good self.
Be that kid. But as a man.
It is who you really are.

I agree.

Maybe good women are far between but when you finally catch one it is awesome.
I remember Tugly saying that he and his wife were a couple who meets the other one at the door with a cup of coffee when they get home. It reminded me of my wife and I. I went thru a few bad ones and a crazy one but luckily the one who let me catch her was a really good one. Thank God for that!

If you must get back in the game, choose wisely my friend!

Good luck!

Well fellas, it comes with a damn heavy heart, but he succumbed to his illness last night. I was fortunate though, he didnt go alone. With me by his side, he took his last breathe. He left me just how he was when he was here....A great man.
Thanks to you all for the well wishes. It sure did help.

RIP Pap

Timmy,
So sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad a couple of years ago and I can relate to what you are feeling. Prayers to you and your family. So glad you were with him when he passed and the time you spent with him over the last decade or so will be cherished from now on. Thanks for letting us meet him!
