I have a rattle in the dash and it seems to be getting louder. It sounds like it is centered above/behind the radio and happens mostly at low idle. Anyone else having this issue? The truck has 3k miles on it and it seems a little early to start that kind of headache. I have emptied the glove box so its nothing in there.
I thought i saw a post about this issue a while back. I did a search but did not see a root cause on any of them.
I am wondering why you dont take it back to the dealer and have them fix it
1- Because if it was previously identified on here as a "quick fix" i would fix it myself.
2- Its either that or deal with the "cannot duplicate the issue" comment.
Unlike some or maybe even most, i unfortunately have a dealership where i live that tends to come up a little short on brains. The other closest dealer is 80 miles away. So dealerships are a last resort.

Did you ever find out what was rattling?
I have the same issue under the same circumstances.
Very annoying.
