That is one cool little rig. That would be a huge rental for parades. Think of the money you could make, after you pay off the 2600 hrs labor first.

Hey everyone! It was -9 this morning when i went out to start my truck. All this fall, I was hoping thinking how nice it'd be to plug in my truck this winter, only to return from Christmas break to find out parking spots blocked off. Seems there's a buried sewer line (??@?@?!!!?) So now I'm 50 yards away from where I used to park and no spot to plug in... Just lovely. Didn't NEED the plug in this morning, but the truck sure was cold on the way into town at 7:30! Took it nice and slow on the way into town. I had heat coming through the vents just as I pulled into town. I was a bit early so I drove downtown and back just so I could enjoy the heat a bit.

It's been flurrying out for the past three hours or so. Not accumulating much, but I wouldn't expect it to do that this winter.

Supposed to be -20 here tonight, depending on which weather station/website you choose to believe.

Sounds about like my drive into work except it is only 5 miles. Dang thing doesn't warm up very quickly.

Well, looks like the Derdge has a leaky lower radiator clamp. Junk!

I also got my under bed rail lights for the F-250. Hopefully I will get those installed tonight.

Chris, my drive is just under 4 miles, but still. Cold isn't fun in the morning! Especially when makes the coffee cool prematurely!

No thanks Dave!

I drive exactly 3 miles and my truck is blowing hot air by the time I get to work...or is that just me?

Well got some news today from my first round of tests, and the worst of my options is probably not my problem.

But it does mean I have a couple options still. There was a fear I had Fibromyalgia. Still could, but it's gonna be a three month process of figuring that out. Hopefully that all stays okay.

I for surely have Sacroiliitis. Which has to do with your SI joint, and is part of your back. It's at the very bottom of the back and is imflammed and creating major pressure in my back and hips. It's pushing on my Sciatic Nerves in my legs and causing pain throughout my whole body. Even my skin feels like it's sunburnt and can hardly be touched. Now it's about figuring out if it's mechanical reasons, or not. Then how bad and what can be done about it. If anything...

So, it's a good thing there is no snow. Not gonna be sledding anytime soon. Not lifting, or working on cars, or anything for that matter. If I'm lucky and it's a minor problem I'll have some physical therapy and recovery time then be back to normal but with restrictions on what I can do...

Yay!!!

Damn Dave, that really sucks. Like I said before, if you need anything, let me know. I'll help any way I can.

All I can say is I hope it is just(yeah, just) sacroiliitis that it can hopefully be treated.

Neither options sounds all that good though.
I don't believe your last statement either.

Holy Crap Dave! How the heck did this happen all at once. Hopefully it is just minor. I would hate to see a young buck with so much talent stuck in a fish bowl too. Dito on the help, just might take me longer to get there is all.

Well on another note, a couple guys came over to look at my truck. They looked it over pretty good. They are diesel guys too. They came up in a couple Dodges though. One of them I shoulda gotten a pic of, huge stacks! Well they are gonna talk about it and let me know. Before they came over another guy called from Duluth. His dad has like 18 PSD's, he is a swine hauler (pig, for you city folk). He has a Dodge too and is selling it, He said he will call later in the week to touch base with me on it again. I have gotten four or five calls this evening about my truck. WTF is going on. The dad of the two that came over tonight wants to trade, plus $, for his '05 CC. He said he has replaced injectors, EGR delete and all the "stuff" that is wrong with the 6.0L. I said I will think about it. I don;t think I will be able to splurge that much for a truck since Des is unsure of her job this spring. Who am I kidding, no one will but it anyway, so I don't have to worry. LOL

It is snowing pretty good outside. I can't make out the horizon so it must be a good little system. Oh, never mind I just checked radar, just a little clipper.
Glad to hear you got the lugs torqued! Good luck Des!
