You also have a empty spot in the upper gauge pod it looks like. You better get a second alternator.

I saw that gauge. They make it for the 7.3L too! I think it was $269 or so.

So I brought the gsx in for the 300 mile oil change today and guess what. The slides were already worn out past the wear marks. 265 miles....... The sales guy wasn't in today so I will call him tomorrow and ask if I am going to have to change those after each weekend I ride. The track must have been to tight but they wouldn't fess up to it......

I think they will be fine. They wear fast to start but should stop because the wheels should stop them from wearing much farther. But I'm not as familiar with the xp either

To loose that much seems like adjusting needs to done. You would think it would wear slowley or slower. What if he rode in less snow? They might be gone by now. I dunno I guess they don't make things like they used to.
