Called up Pegasus Hobbies in Montclair yesterday and they didn't have them. I found the two on ebay so I'm watching them. Probably going to end up spending more money than I should, but oh well....can't take it with you when you go.
The 12th im getting my 3.5 inch exhaust put on my 73. Then hopefully by next month I have the suspension gone through and get an alignment. All my bushings are practically gone My 87 is still running strong drinking gas like its free...
I've got a lil over 6k until I hit 200k on my rig.

Very cool, I'm definitely looking into the tires, rims, but also wanting to learn more about ball joints, bearings, hubs, etc. so that I know what to look for and what I could "beef" up..i'm really looking into going to 4:88's from my stock 3:73's I do notice I don't have a lot of torque and since I'm getting the bigger tires then do it at once

What size tires are you planning on? Do you tow very often or very heavy? 4.88's seem a bit too low, you will hate those on the highway.
I picked up the 1973 Mustang model on ebay today for $18 shipped. Not too bad. The 1971 Boss is going to cost me almost twice that. I'm watching a couple different ones that are up in the next few days.

Been either looking at the toyo mt LT295/70R17E(33.5") or LT285/75R17E(34.1").....I currently have 285/75R16(32.8") BFG's
We don't tow too much with it, just a few(5-10) times a year based on riding season, with the 3:73's it doesn't tow as well though as my dads F-250 with 4:10's...both V10's except the X is a 4x4 and the truck is 2wd.
Just seems like 4:56 would be a much better ratio for your needs. You will be running 3200rpm +/- at 65mph with the 4:88. If you're not worried about fuel mileage it would be ok, but if you don't tow that much, I would honestly think that 4:56 would probably be plenty. Hopefully someone else on here with a V10 can speak up since I'm a diesel guy. The thing to think about is what you use the truck the most for. If its a daily driver, you don't want to be running 3200+rpm every time you get on the freeway.

Does anyone on here do vinyl stickers? I have a very small project(1/25th scale car model) that I might end up needing some stickers made for.

My dad used them for some vinyl decals he needed printed and they did a great job. They also are actually located right near the Honda Center, and they do the decals and other things for the company "LiveWire Energy" who's owner is a family friend
