Bilsteins for Plow Prep Package

Has anyone put Bilsteins on an F350 with the snow plow prep package. Just wondering if I would use the same part #'s. My F350 does not sit level with the SPPP. The front is about 1 1/2" lower in the front. Thanks.

I have the snow plow prep package and a 2" leveling kit on mine. My 5160's fit fine.

I guess my question is......would I order the stock height bilsteins for an F350 or size for a leveled truck because of the plow package?

I have the F-250 with the snow plow prep package. I installed Bilstein 5100 based on a 350 example in a previous thread. I did not consider the larger springs and my truck rides a lot better! I don't think you will have an issue. Search for Bilstein shock installation with video. You will see the part# shown on the first posting. I have no regrets. Be advised that you may experience a delay in the delivery of the front shocks as they are in very high demand.

Trucksprings.com should have them in stock and they ship fast.

I have the snow plow prep package and ordered the stock height 5100's, which actually will work from 0 to 2" lift. Depending on the set up the sppp really doesn't add height. In many cases the max front spring is already selected based on other options so the package doesn't actually change much on the front end.

I'm a bit skeptical about the height comment. The sppp springs definitely add some additional height as it levels the truck perfectly. As mentioned the stock height 5100's are listed 0-2" so they are appropriate for standard springs and sppp.

Thanks guys. Ordered the stock size Bilsteins for my F350. The Sppp definitely adds some height to the front, but I would say it is 2" or less.
