2nd row door panel drivers side?

My wife put 3 fist size dents in the 2nd row door right above the molding but it didnt crease the metal so I should be able to push them right out. My question is how does the interior door pnl come off so I can access the dents with the window up? Are there clips and it just pulls straight off? Any help would be appreciated.

I believe there is a screw in the rear door. The front has 2 one beneath the reflecor and one around the window/door lock control. It then just lifts up and out. No tight clips.

Per the drawing on www.ford-parts.comm looks like 2 screws...one behind the red reflector, one by the interior door release handle. Like the other poster said, pull UP, then out.

The door panels are easy on these trucks. First, stick a flathead screwdriver/knife under the front of the window control board and pry up. It will snap loose, then you have to work it out. Pull the plug from underneath the window switch. There will be a small 7mm bolt that looks like it only holds the front of the armrest to the door, but it also holds on the door panel. The other bolt is also 7mm and is underneath the reflector down low.I use a knife to pop this off too. Then lift up and off. When putting the door panel back on, lock the door, it is easier with the lock down.

Is there a light behind that reflector like in the front doors?
