weird boost readings????

Just wondering if anyone else has come across this. I have a quadzilla module in my truck and it doesn't matter if it is off or on it does the same thing. I never noticed it obviously until I put a bullydog watchdog in my truck to monitor things. Anyway the boost will go up to 23 psi then go to 0 on the monitor. We thought maybe the quadzilla had a boost fooler but got ahold of them and they don't put a boost fooler in that module. We even switched out the watchdog thinking maybe it was the monitor but it wasn't. We are down to thinking it is the computer in the truck. The truck runs fine with no problems just can't get an accurate boost reading. Anyone have any thoughts???

it will read fine up to 23psi. Anything over 23psi it goes to 0. If i accelerate normal it reads perfect but if I stand on it and the boost goes over 23psi it will go to 23 psi then drop to 0 on the watchdog.

Gotcha sounds like a watchdog thing
if it runs fine and the moter dont cut after 23PSI gotta be the gauge doesnt it

if you could compare MAP,EBP,BARO at KOEO they need to be within .5psi

Sounds like what everyone was going through with SGII. I would lean toward the parameters of the gauge settings on the Watchdog is off.

Email them and ask them to look at their boost gauge.

SGII had to have different math set up for the area (elevation) you live.

Funny isn't it, SGII would go negative at 22.5.

the place i bought the watchdog from called bullydog and they said they have never had a problem with them and he also put a gt monitor in my truck as well and it did the same thing. So I don't know what to think. Never have had a problem with a bully dog product and their service has always been great as well.

use a datalogging scan tool such as ids or ae to varify your finging.
better yet use a vacuum gauge and t into the map hose port and watch a gauge to see if it does the same thing.
