Inline Six 1990 cold start trouble
Changed fuel pump and fuel filter, spark plugs and wires.
I got to turn it over about six to eight times to get it to finally fire up and run. It turns over fine just like its not getting fuel or wont fire.
When the motor is already warmed up a bit it will start right up. But after it cools all the way down it takes a lot of cranks to get it to run.

First I would also replace the distributor cap and rotor. Then the next time I went to start it cold, I would turn the ignition switch on and off about 10 times waiting in the on position a couple seconds til the pump hum quits. Just in case the fuel pressure is leaking down.
