Need some help please

First I want to say I learned so much from just reading on this site. I never have to post anything cause the answer is always there if u just look. This is my first diesel so this is all new to me... I have 96 f250 84k all stock except 6637. My question is sometimes not all the time mostly at a steady rpm i think the ebpv is hanging up. Mostly in the morning when I first drive or when it's cold out. I would appreciate some input on this like what I need to do or how hard it is to replace thanks

All it does is help warm up the engine a little faster you can unplug it and be fine. The plug is under the front driver side of the turbo.

Note if you have a Cali model it will set a CEL
