help with rough idle 03 navigator

I have a 03 navi with 5.4 , had misfire code so replaced the cop and plugs and all injectors, still have rough idle with no codes now.
It seems to be fine off idle but if I run the throttle under the hood I can feel a vibration at different rpms, cleaned the maf and replaced some vac lines also with no luck - any ideas?

Maybe run a can of Sea Foam in it. I did this to my '03 and it seemed to run smoother.

Did that a week ago and it didn't seem to help.

Did you pour it into the vac hose and shut iof off or just run it through a tank of gas? Also are you using premium gas?

No I didn't run it through the vac line and am using preimum, what is the iof and how do you shut it off?

iof is a typo i meant off not oif. I have fat fingers!!LOL

What you do is you pour about 1/3-1/2 a can of Sea foam into the vac line. I used the vac line from the brake booster, it was the easiest to use. You can go to the SeaFoam website and they explain exactly how to do it. Maybe it will help. I have done this to my Nav. a few times and it seems to help with a rough idle.
