03 Expy rough idle and no A/C
03 4.6l expy started running very rough yesterday and at the same time the a/c stopped working. Fan runs, no cold air. Coincidence or does the computer shut it down while the engine is experiencing problems. The engine has been experiencing an on again off again miss and I now suspect that I have now lost a COP. Any comments, it's going in the shop this morning.

Normally the A/C won't quit with just a engine misfiring. Under some circumstances the PCM will shut down the A/C system if certain criteria has been met, such as engine overheating or hard acceleration.
