Forget nylon or copper all together & go with a braided stainless line.

I've used the nylon tubing for years, a few decades actually, i've never had any issues with it slipping from the ferrule, becoming brittle, fatigued or leaking, it's pretty tough stuff.

I agree nylon isn't that bad, but it sure is ugly. Copper is ugly too. A braided line or a hydraulic hose looks much better and is easily rated 250-3000 psi.

Not that my anemic 2.9 would ever produce 3000 psi
