For all you OTR truckers, is it a liability thing, or nwew law in CA, or just a new/look thing? I've noticed in the last few months, that most, if not all the big-rig trucker trailers have these side panels that hang/cover the open bottom of the trailer / landing gear, hanging electrical wires/air-lines.
that would be it, stud. Thought you'd nail it. Ya man, recently, they've been on 95% of trailers, rocking the 91 and surrounding freeways i drive on....
Notice the picture above that the trailer has a rear fairing too? BTW, I was down on the 91 on Monday and Tuesday of this week. Beautiful weather, but not the place to be at 5pm! Took me over two hours to go from Huntington Beach to the I-15!
huh, havnt seen the a$$-end of trailers here, yet. LOL...ya, NOT a stretch i'd like to be at, during that time. How many stickers you see/count, that said...STUCK ON THE 91 PARKING LOT. On it everyday, i'm south on the I-15, about 10 miles (Elsinore), i travel to Placentia, to get my daughter,...good ol' divorce, but wouldn't trade my time with her, for the world...hopefully, housing market turns, make a little scratch on my pad, and move closer. Schools, environment..etc, much better/cleaner..etc, you know.
From 5:30am-9am east bound, forgettaboutit, and same goes westbound, starting 3pm-god only knows. Yup, get all a taste of all seasons here, bro...cant complain.
Just looked at truck pic again, think those look(back of trailer) familiar to the ones, hauling autos?
