DASH BUZZING

I disconneted my batteries for heater control relay replace.

I reconnected the batteries and turned ignition on waiting for glow plug light to go off, I heard a buzzing noise around he radio.

Shortly after the glow plug light went off the buzzing stopped.

I don't think it's related to glow plug, just trying to give an idea when buzzing stops.

This has happened before when I disconnect batteries but has gone way after a few cycles of the key.

I did a search and tried flashere lights, turn signals to see if it made a difference. No difference.

ANY IDEA'S.

When the batteries are week, you will hear lots of noise from the dash. Could be the glow plugs were pilling the battery down. Put a meter on the bats while the glow plugs are on and while starting.

I take it the truck started after the buzzing stooped?

Quite often, buzzing behind the dash is the result of a failing multifunction switch (turn signal). You can unplug the the connector from the multifunction switch and see if your buzzing stops to confirm. Good luck.
