2011 Ecoboost won't start

It's a balmy -11 c here in NW Ontario, my remote start wouldn't work... I go outside and try to manually start the truck and it turns over for 5 or 6 seconds with ZERO catch.... Fuel tank is at 1/4.... Added some fuel just in case... Nothing.... 6700km and it's dead in the driveway... Awesome....

That sucks! That's pretty cold for sure but not cold enough for a brand new motor not to crank. Hopefully ford came got it and will make it right! Be sure they take care of you!

Ya, tow was at my door within the hour, CAA covered through Ford Roadside. Have to call service dept in the morning... Def should not have frozen any lines, it's still t-shirt weather as far as I'm concerned.... And I run ethanol free gas all the time in it...

I had to convert to *F

but that's not that cold. Not to be having a starting probem and a new car anyway.

A friend of mine was a service manager at a Ford dealer .Aftermarket alarms and remote starts caused many many strange problems.He had the owner make the sales staff stop selling them .
