To the best of my knowledge, fender braces are not reproduced. Head to your nearest wrecking yard, even going off-brand sometimes works.
Alternatively, and if you can weld, those are easy to fabricate out of 1/4-inch rod and a little bit of steel plate. Or a brake and sheetmetal.

I wanna thank you very much for letting me know they are not repoed and other options for replacing them.
Thanks Again

I don't think I have ever seen a support arm that rusted out. Do you live in an area where they salt the road in the winter?

It is amazing to me no one makes these braces, since there seems to be a definite need for them!

Probably because they are something easy to fabricate and the market for "all original" just isn't there to reproduce.

Its still in one piece, its not that rusted lol. Very easy to make, mine are all homemade. Looks like what it was attached to was even rustier.

I agree Fair 96, my user name is "myunclestruck" and I'm literally restoring my uncle's truck. I've been told more than once I should just scrap the cab and get a better one, but pretty soon, if you keep doing that, it's no longer the same truck. So, I trudge on with my 8 year and going labor of love...
