Playing with panels... need advice...
i was at a junkyard the other day and FINALLY found a decent rear passenger-side bed panel to replace mine with. problem/question is, how do i get them off the truck? the little bit that i did look at, it appears to be tacked in there....if that is the case, what are ya'll doin to remove them? Thanks in advance

be easier to just cut off the bed bolts and take the whole thing home. There are several and i do mean several spot welds and it will take a couple evenings to get them all out of both sides

I recently used a metal cutting blade in a skilsaw to cut the bed side / inner fender off of a bed. I cut near the joint between the inner fender and bed floor panel. It leaves a rough cut, but it is quick an easy. You can always use something cleaner such as an air chisel or plasma later to cut out the pieces that you need from there. This will save you from bringing the whole bed home.
