Engine running rough
I have a '97 F150 and 4.6L Triton engine with 160K freeway miles. The engine runs okay when cold then runs really rough when it warms up. I replaced the plugs recently. I just pulled them for inspection and they look fine. The spark plug wire resistances seem fine. The OBD codes are:
P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
P0171 - System too Lean (Bank 1)
What should I look at next?

make sure all plugs gaps are set properly and that they are seated in the head all the way, make sure the wires are installed properly and in the right order (probly are since it runs ok cold) (are they new as well?) I like to use dielectric grease in the boots so they slip on better and prevents corrosion, coils usually either work or not work but something else to look at, check when it's running rough to see if any of the wires are leaking (arcing to metal parts) in the dark is best for seeing it, thats all I can think of being you just changed that stuff

Clear the codes, Switch the #1 plug with #2 and see if the PO301 changes to PO302 which will indicate that "newer" plug is bad. If it stays PO301 do the same switch but with a coil this time. Also when using dielectric grease on insides of boots don't get it on the plug's point of contact with the coils spring wire. Some people think they're supposed to use lots of grease in these boots. If the coil boots are really old they could be 'carbon tracking, for lack of a better word', to ground as well.
