Welcome to FTE.

I've moved your thread to the 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel forum where you'll receive better response to your question and assistance with your issue.

Tell us more about the work you have done. Was it the EGR cooler that was replaced (don't know what an EGR cooling box is). Why was that work required?

In the Tech Folder link above, there is a No-Start thread that might help.

I doubt your problem is fuel related at all.

Good luck. Hope someone wants to help you out.

Um because you changed the EGR cooler for a reason which is usually a rupture which is usually caused by a clogged oil cooler.

Welcome to FTE Kelsy Vincent We have to ask questions to see what is going on since the truck is not here. You changed the EGR cooler and the truck does not run is what I take from your post. Anything else that was done between the time frame? How many miles after start up did this occur?

When you Key the truck On do you hear the HFCM (Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module) run? Located on the drivers side frame rail under the truck. Give us all the information you can and we will help out. Link to a No Start Condition, Click Here
