Just trying to help you out and checking for codes is the 1st place i would start.

Going to arm chair it, make sure your secondary fuel filter bowl is filling with fuel and do you have an early or late 2004 build? The ICP (Injection Control Pressure) sensor will be located under the turbo on an early build, right hand (passenger side) front valve cover on late build.

Just for reference, what product did you use to read for codes?

OK early 2004 the ICP is located under the turbo, check the upper or secondary fuel filter bowl to see if you are getting fuel.

When you pull the cap fuel will be there, have someone turn on the ignition to run the pump while you watch.

Safety first but you get the idea.... have someone assist you to make sure the secondary fuel bowl is filling. After that I am exhausted for ideas to give you. Usually a no start condition the first known issue is the ICP sensor failed, you can disconnect it to let the program fault, but you are showing no codes at all for any possible combination.
