My '95 F150's driver's side door sags down and is hard to close. I am ordering door pins and see that they are sold singularly ( not in a pair ). Does the upper one or the lower one wear out first? My arms aren't long enough to see what one has the slop in it while I lift the door up and down. If I can get by replacing one, I would be stoked! It's a crappy job.......

Thanks!
Replace them both it it will save you alot of head-ache. You may also want to look at the hinges them selves depending on how long the door has been sagging to be sure the holes have not ob-longed out, thus was my case on my 92. I had to replace the hinges what a pain.

Welp...He's pretty much said all that there is to say....
Besides that....Just get some milk crates, wooden blocks, etc to support the door and hold it still....Then simply use a drillbit and drill out the old bushings, etc...They'll probably fall right on out...
Do them ONE AT A TIME....Otherwise, the door will simply fall over....
Also...I'd start with the bottom one....Seems to make it easier, seeing as it is the pim that really bears the weight...
