5 speed clutch problems

I have a 99 f250, had a v8 and did a v10 swap. For some reason one day my clutch petal went completely to the floor with no restiance and stayed there till I lifted it up manually. After that i couldn't get it in any gear. Since i have put a complete clutch kit from orielly in, with new fork, pivot bushing and slave cylinder. I now have restiance, but it will still not go into hear. For the first inch its soft, then it feels fine.. I've bleed it countless of times with no luck of getten it into gear. I'm pretty sure it's just not fully disengaged, i can start it in gear and float it to shift. If I press the clutch petal in while driving it slips.. Really not wanting to take it to a shop for them to charge me alot for somtheb I could have done myself. Any suggestions?

Pull the bottom cover off. Have someone verify the clutch operation while the motor is off.

Be sure to chalk the wheels so you don't get run over if it rolls.
