V10 2v PI (2001-2004) would be your best and easiest swap. Should pretty much be bolt in. A non-PI V10 would be equally easy but not as much power.
You will want the ECU and wiring harness from the donor truck. May need the engine mounts as well.
That swap should be doable in a weekend if the engine is complete and you know what you're doing.
Anything else and you start running into some serious electronic compatibility and mechanical fit issues.
Adding if a donor engine is found check about helping or over watching the removal so you can get anything even appearing to be related to the engine and take it with you. Later if something isn't needed then its off to the recycler which beats having to look for more parts etc etc.
