we have a old 95' farm truck that has been leaking fuel at around the filter area........seems like its leaking around the water sep. drain area. has this been a problem or??
What Mike is saying is a goos start and may be all there is to it. I would also check the fuel pump. Look to see if it is leaking at the weep holes. Clean the valley/pump the best you can and look for a leak with the inspection mirror while its running.
Let us know what you find or have any other questions.
Good luck!

IIRC there are only one weep hole in the FP.
Also the bottom of the fuel canister can leak do to corrosion there.
I just finished fixing a fuel leak on my truck today. Was the big o-ring in the bottom of pressure regulator..
That is not a common place for leaks, but you never know.
BTW I have to check the mesh inside there next time to see the crud there. (I have never done)
allways has fuel up and down the piece that is directly related (or the shaft) to the water seperator valve. thinking theres a oring or two in there by the way it looks?
