So I followed Shorebird's instructions and found that I am second behind Mr. Bricks.
I have been on FTE for over six years and I am just now learning the details of the site. There are still plenty of paths that I have never followed.
I did have two negative reps, years ago, given to me by Ken, the former owner of the site. That guy never did like me. XXXXX!!!

Personally, I quit checking my rep a long time ago...I'd say it's been at least 3 years, maybe more since I even looked to see where I ranked. There have been so many games played with the rep system over the years that it just doesn't have any meaning anymore. I think I'd be happier if we just did away with it.

i spent the better part of 5 years in and around newark airport and port newark moving oversize loads.
then the bottom fell out of trucking and prices went from $75 per hour to around $20 per hour.
i can make more driving for someone else, so sold 6 of the trucks to the drivers who now use them as personal vehicles. they were all assigned trucks, so it was a one truck one driver operation.
i still do an odd move here and there for friends that are still in the industry, but no where like the old days.
15 years ago i was looking at adding another 10 trucks and drivers, but saw the writing on the wall and refused the contract. the guy who took it went under withing 6 months.

Thats where I would go.. American Linehaul was the company.. When I first started going up there they were off Slayter Lane down by the Jersey Gardens off Trumbull
Then they moved to Paris St.. North of the airport off wilson ave area.. That was intresting cause I was there friday nights and people would park on the street and walk someplace but views wasnt half bad sometimes
