Steamed Sugar Snap stir fry veggies from Wally World.
Served with chopped up, boneless, skinless, chicken breast that I grilled earlier in the week.
A bit of Panda Express Mandarin sauce drizzled over it all.
Water to drink and the diet continues.
I've lost 60 pounds in the last year and a half.

Evening all. I think dinner for me tonight will be a pre-St. Patty's day liquid dinner.

Not easy to do brother, good job!
I used to be in great shape, but the past 12 years I ballooned up after suffering from back and sciatic nerve problems.
Last year I was able to start exercising and over the course of the past 12 months, I've lost 50lbs.
