I don't have the correct offset info for your situation, but if the 20"s are OEM they would need 2" hubcentric spacers to properly orient them under the EX and keep the tire's off the springs.
If you would like to keep the OEM quality, there is the option of hunting down a set of factory '04 18"s which are the only 16"+ OEMs with the correct geometry for our leaf sprung trucks. They come in 4 versions of the same basic 5 spoke design, Harley-Davidson, King Ranch, Lariat and SVT, see the thread about them up in the Tech Folder if interested.
