Ian, if you don't have these spread sheets, I can send them to you if you would send me your e-mail address. They are worth the time, trust me. Bismic has collected years of information on these motors.

 

lmao no thats not from ford. I forgot about that. thats pretty much my method but its been added to with the rest of the correct info. didnt know I made it in to the "spreed sheets".

 

Oh I just figured it was from the manual since there were no spelling or grammar errors
