So in our SD’s the receiver is larger than the typical (2x2 is it). Of course Ford gives us this nice insert to retrofit to the little hitch but my really nifty locking stainless steel pin is no longer long enough and a search of my local retailers yielded no joy for of (what is it class IV?) receivers.
Easy Grip Hitch Pin This is what I have. I personally hate the stupid angled pins that are "supposed" to be used in a receiver hitch. A good farm tractor hitch pin will always be a better option. Of course there are much more expensive locking options available.
I ordered a 2012 F350 CCLB 4X4 and was wondering the same thing. Another question I had relates to the WD hitch I will order. Would one of ya'll with a similar truck mind measuring from the ground to the top of the reciever opening please?
I called my dealer to do this, but they don't have a similar truck to what I ordered.

Any idea where I can find one?
I drove all over Knoxville, TN with no luck and then bought one of these from Amazon: Trimax SXT5 Class V Locking Receiver Pin
It fits. It is a little difficult to lock at times (you have to push in on the key while turning).
I ordered one from etrailer.com, cost about $25.00 for a nice locking pin. I also just ordered a new weight distribution shank for my hitch. I ordered the Reese Titan 2.5 inch shank so I won't have to use the adapter any more. Too much slop in the hitch with the adapter and the 2 inch shank IMHO.

Which brand and model WD hitch do you have? I was about to order the Titan shank and a reese WD round bar until I talked to cs at etrailer. They said the titan will only fit trunnion bars.

They are correct, the Titan shank will only fit trunnion hitches. I have the Reese Dual-cam 1200# trunnion. Best hitch I have personally used to date.
