Motor mount direction

When pulling the engine out I forgot to take not which way the mounts came off in my 73 250. Anyone know which way they go back on? Should the stud be toward the front of the engine, in front of the 2 bolts that go in the block, or to the rear of the engine?

I dont remember but arent they marked? might be hard to see but i think molded it the rubber on the end is marked R or L. is it an FE motor im assuming?

Yes FE. Both mounts are identical. No worries the engines already in thanks tho
