Coolant Leak

I recently had a mechanic install a new oil cooler and EGR delete for me. Since I got the truck back, it has leaked a little coolant on the driveway when it cools down, not when it is hot. I took it back to the mechanic at the end of last week and he told me the small blue hose from the EGR delete (1/2" or so in diameter and 2" long) was the culprit. He said he tightened the clamps and it should fix the problem. Guess what, didn't drive it yesterday and I have a small puddle this morning. I am tired of being without a truck so I am tired of taking it back to the mechanic. Any ideas on what I can to do to get this leak stopped?

If it's not the hose it's probably where the cooler delete pipe goes into the bottom of the intake manifold. It's easy to pinch the o-ring and have a leak there.
